SMS Alert Opt-In

SMSPilot.ai sends SMS deal alert notifications directly to account holders who have opted in from their account settings. This page explains how to opt in, what messages you can expect to receive, how to opt out, and the consent language you agree to.

How to opt in

  1. Log in to your SMSPilot.ai CRM dashboard.
  2. Go to Bot Settings → Pricing.
  3. Enable SMS Notifications and enter the phone number where you'd like to receive alerts.
  4. Review and agree to the SMS consent language (shown below), then save.

What you'll receive

  • Hot quote alerts when the AI lands a deal in your defined price range.
  • Negotiation alerts when a seller is countering or asking to escalate.
  • System and account alerts (e.g., billing, low-token-balance, integration issues).

Consent language you'll agree to

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS deal alert notifications from SMSPilot.ai at the number you provide. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more.

SMS keywords

  • STOP — Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all SMS alerts. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.
  • HELP — Reply HELP for support. You can also email support@smspilot.ai.
  • START or YES — Reply to resubscribe after opting out.

Frequency & rates

Message frequency varies based on the activity in your account. During an active campaign you may receive several messages per day. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How we use your number

The phone number you provide is used only to send you the SMS notifications you opted in to receive. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in or consent data with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We may share your number with the vendors that deliver our messages (e.g., SMS gateways, telephone carriers) solely to send the alerts you have opted in to receive. Questions or removal requests

If you need help opting in or out, or want us to permanently delete your phone number from our system, email support@smspilot.ai and we'll handle it right away.
