We built the tool we wanted — one that actually carries the conversation forward when you can't be at your screen at 9pm on a Tuesday.

What we do

SMSPilot is an AI texting CRM purpose-built for land investors. Plug in your existing texting platform, and SMSPilot's AI takes over the back-and-forth: qualifying sellers, negotiating within parameters you set, scoring leads as they come in, and surfacing the deals worth your attention. When a property is under contract, it can even pull a short list of active builders and developers in the area so you have buyers ready to call.

Why we built it

Cold outreach for land is high-volume and low-margin until you find the right seller. The bottleneck isn't lead lists, it's the conversation. Most investors lose deals not because the price was wrong, but because the reply came twelve hours late, or got buried, or sounded canned. We built SMSPilot to close that gap — not to replace investors, but to make sure every seller who replies gets a fast, contextual, human-sounding answer.
